Filming took place in 2008 in the city of Salzburg and in Wartberg an der Krems. Music: Rehearsals and concerts of the Junge Philharmonie Salzburg with Elisabeth Fuchs.

Elisabeth Fuchs was born in 1976 in Kirchdorf an der Krems. She studied mathematics, and later conducting at the Morzarteum in Salzburg under Karl Kamper and Dennis Russell Davis.

In 1998 she founded the Junge Philharmonie Salzburg (known since 2013 as the Philharmonie Salzburg), with which she has since developed a broad repertoire ranging from Bach to numerous world premieres, which she presents in a unique series of concerts.

To bring children and teenagers closer to classical music, Elisabeth Fuchs founded the Salzburger Kinderfestspiele in 2007. In 2009, she also took over the artistic direction of the Salzburg Cultural Association.
